1. Introduction

This Service Agreement (“Agreement”) outlines the terms and conditions under which services are provided through Reliable Home Services, a brand operated by Shpak LLC, a marketing company facilitating home service solutions through independent contractors.

By booking a service through Reliable Home Services, you agree to the following terms.

2. Call-Out Fee & Service Charges

• A $96 call-out fee is required for all service visits.
• If a service is performed during the same visit, the call-out fee will be waived.
• The call-out fee applies to all job requests, customers, and bookings made through Reliable Home Services' marketing platforms.

3. Independent Contractors

• Reliable Home Services does not employ service providers directly.
• Services are performed by independent contractors operating under the Reliable Home Services brand names, including:
  • Reliable Handyman
  • Reliable Plumbing
  • Reliable Electric
  • Reliable Smart Home
  • Reliable Appliance
  • Reliable Home Services
  • Reliable Air (Reliable Air Conditioning & Heating)
• Contractors operate within software managed by Reliable Home Services for scheduling, dispatching, and service coordination.

4. Marketing & Booking Facilitation

• Reliable Home Services (Shpak LLC) functions as a marketing company, offering call answering, scheduling, and dispatching services to independent contractors on a commission basis.
• Contractors agree to follow pricing structures and service commitments as part of their marketing agreement, including call-out fees, availability, and scheduling.
• Reliable Home Services does not set service prices for contractors.

5. Warranty & Liability

• Reliable Home Services is not liable for the quality, execution, or outcome of services performed by contractors.
• Any warranties or guarantees on work performed are provided directly by the contractors.
• As part of their marketing agreement, contractors provide a 1-year worry-free warranty on most advertised services.
• Customers should discuss warranty details with the contractor completing the service.

6. Scheduling & Availability

• Service appointments are scheduled based on availability.
• Reliable Home Services operates daily, with same-day and next-day service depending on contractor availability.
